I have some exciting news to share with you today. SpotHero has acquired Parking Panda, the leader in US event parking reservations and the #1 parking reservation service in Canada.
Six years ago, Larry and I founded SpotHero to make parking easier and cities more accessible through technology. Since then, SpotHero has grown to become the largest parking reservation service in the country. And while much has changed, we remain ever-focused on creating the best parking experiences possible through our product, locations, partnerships, and customer support.

Combined, SpotHero and Parking Panda are North America’s largest parking reservation service. We will now provide parking in 47 cities across the US and Canada. Over time as we integrate, you’ll benefit from more parking options, more locations, and more available spaces on the platform.
What’s changing?
In the near term, not much. The two companies will run in parallel under one umbrella for the time being.
Longer term, we’ll be well-positioned to bring easy parking to more drivers faster. More cities. More locations. Better parking experiences.
