It’s hard to believe 2024 is almost over. Before the year comes to an end and we all become completely consumed by holiday hullabaloo, we wanted to take a moment to express our immense gratitude to our Customer Hero team:
We are so grateful to our Customer Heroes and the contributions they make.
Our Customer Heroes blow us away on a daily basis. They are impressive problem-solvers who show up for SpotHero customers with empathy and kindness. Some of our Customer Heroes begin their work days at 6 a.m., others end their work days at 11 p.m. Our Customer Service department is open 365 days a year, and members of our impressive Hero team are available every day to ensure our drivers get help when they need it.
In the past year, the Customer Heroes:
📞 Took 594,834 calls.
📧 Answered 326,485 emails.
🤝 On average, they each assisted over 60 people per day.
And what impressive assistance they provided!
