SpotHero is making several big technology investments to accelerate innovation and make parking easier than ever for our customers. In order to continue to offer the convenience and choice drivers have come to expect from SpotHero, this week we are introducing a modest service fee on a per-reservation basis.
The service fee allows us to invest in new features and services and covers the cost of operating our platform while providing industry-leading customer support, processing and fulfillment services, ongoing operation and maintenance.
A service fee will be added to the total cost of each reservation on the checkout screen and will also appear on each parking pass.
