Chicago Air and Water Show Parking
The Chicago Air and Water Show is one of the city’s most anticipated annual events. The largest free event in Chicago takes place each August. The U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels take to the sky for a synchronized aerial display for the whole city to enjoy.
The Chicago Air and Water Show this year will take place on August 21 and 22 from 11 am – 2 pm on both days. The show can be viewed along Lake Michigan from Fullerton Beach all the way to Oak Street Beach. North Avenue Beach is the most popular focal point, being one of the larger beaches along the Chicago lakefront. The show is expected to draw over 2 million viewers, so make sure you reserve a parking spot before you head to the lakefront!
Don’t forget! The Blue Angels practice on Friday, August 19, so you may hear some loud noises near you.
