With a business profile in the SpotHero app, you can send receipts to your work email, choose your payment method and select your expense reporting platform. To save you time, SpotHero automatically sends your receipts to Chrome River.

How to Connect Your Chrome River Account to SpotHero
- Download the SpotHero app for iOS or Android.
- Go to Account → Settings to create your business profile (open this link on your phone). Enter your work email and select your payment method.
- Select Chrome River as your expense reporting platform. And you’re all set!
Your SpotHero receipts will instantly be sent from SpotHero to your Chrome River account. Chrome River’s technology will automatically extract transaction data – no buttons to tap, no emails to send, no more paper receipts.
