Saw this, and thought it was so cool it just had to be shared. Terrafugia got the FAA to allow the flying cars to fly under the status of a light sport aircraft. Now, the department of transportation has granted an exception for them to use lighter materials on the windows and tires. Can’t wait to see these on the road! (And in the air of course!).
