Driver Survival Seminar – Hosted by 44th Ward Alderman Tom Tunney

Learn how to protect yourself against parking tickets and red light violations in the City of Chicago.  44th Ward Alderman Tom Tunney will be hosting a Driver Survival Seminar on Tuesday January, 25th from 7pm-9pm.  The FREE event will be held at the new 23rd District Police Station (850 W. Addison St., on Addison less than a block west of Halsted).

Parking is available in the parking garage immediately east of the police station and street parking is available as well.  It is a new parking garage so it will be pretty clear where to park.

The Driver Survival Seminar is a two hour long boot camp to assist Chicago drivers with the basic tools of avoiding and fighting parking tickets, understanding and avoiding red light camera tickets, dealing with speeding and other traffic tickets, keeping the boot off your car and keeping drivers updated on changes to driving laws.

The seminar was started by Mike Brockway (aka The Parking Ticket Geek) the publisher of The Expired Meter.com (a local website providing news and advice on driving and parking), to help local drivers get a better understanding of these issues.
