We’re transitioning from a proprietary security system to a best-in-class, third-party identity and security solution, Auth0, used by companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Siemens, and more.
In compliance with Auth0, we are updating our password policy. Over the next several months, we will be asking all users to update their SpotHero password, but we strongly encourage you to get started today.* A strong password has a minimum of eight or more characters, combines upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and is not shared with anyone or used for other websites.
