Get ready to immerse yourself in blooms at the annual Philadelphia Flower Show, now celebrating its 196th year! The Philadelphia Horticultural Society proudly claims the title of the nation’s largest and longest-running horticultural gathering, with the show running from March 1 to March 9, 2025.
This year’s theme, “Gardens of Tomorrow,” explores the future of gardening through the eyes of talented and visionary designers as they merge ingenuity with brilliant plants and blooms.

General Information
The annual Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Philadelphia Flower Show takes place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA. It is open from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. March 1-8, and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. March 9. Members of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society can also attend a special Members Preview Day Friday, February 28 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Tickets
Tickets are available for pre-purchase or can be purchased at the Box Office on-site. Pricing varies depending on what day and time you attend. Weekdays (Monday-Thursday) start at $20, and weekends (Friday-Sunday) start at $25. Select special events may be an additional fee. Discounted tickets are available to PHS members as well as for visitors entering after 4 p.m.
New this year is the Floral Fanatic Pass, which is available for $90 and provides unlimited access to the flower show all week long, a special flower show gift bag, and extra time for activities

Getting to the Philadelphia Flower Show
The Pennsylvania Convention Center has three entrances to consider when arriving.
- West Entrance – 12th and Arch Street
- East Entrance – 12th and Arch Street
- Market Street Entrance/ SEPTA Jefferson Station

Public Transportation
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is accessible via multiple lines of the SEPTA transit system. You can view train schedules, rates, and route maps here.
If you’re taking a commuter rail, you will arrive at the 30th Street Station. From there, you can connect to the station and take the eastbound SEPTA to Jefferson Station, only two stops away.
The 23, 45, and 48 buses stop outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Plan your Visit: Tips, Tricks, and On-site Policies
Pre-purchased tickets are delivered digitally via email. Please have them out and ready to scan on arrival. All visitors should expect to pass through a metal detector. Same-day re-entry is allowed; a hand stamp is required to re-enter the show.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Philadelphia Flower Show. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site. A vendor list is available here.
Philadelphia Flower Show Bag Policy
Purses and personal items are allowed and must not exceed 16”x16”x8,” roughly the size of an airline carry-on bag. Coolers, large bags, and wheeled bags of any kind are not allowed. Click the link to find a full list of prohibited items and on-site policies.
