A Message to our Heroic Customer Heroes
As the holiday season kicks into gear, we wanted to take this time to reflect on everything our Customer Hero team does, for SpotHero and for SpotHero parkers. We hope that the Customer Heroes already know how much both SpotHero employees and drivers appreciate them— we try to remind them of it as often as we can! But we’ve noticed two things about this time of year; it is focused on gratitude and reflection, and it goes by way too fast. With that in mind, we think there is nothing more fitting than repeating what we say every day of the year…
Our Customer Heroes are amazing.
In the last year, they have:
📞 answered 559,143 calls
📧 responded to 168,561 emails
🤝 on average, each Customer Hero assisted more than 60 people per day.
The Customer Heroes solve problems in real-time every day and help SpotHero parkers get where they need to go with ease, grace, and good humor.
Some members of our Customer Hero team begin their work days at 6 a.m., and others end their work days at 11 p.m. Our customer service department is open every day, including holidays. Our amazing team signs up to work one holiday per year to ensure that anyone who reserves with us is able to get help when they need it.
To the Customer Heroes, we wish to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for taking on this immense responsibility of helping our customers when something doesn’t go according to plan. Thank you for being available to answer questions for the people who contact us. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your good spirits.
Thank you for your willingness to engage with and educate other departments about the customer experience, and offer suggestions and feedback for ways that SpotHero can improve.
