Visit the Venetian Pool

Details: Opened in 1923, visitors to this pool can enjoy an experience unlike any other. Swimmers can enjoy multiple waterfalls and cave-like grottos, all in this historic setting. American Black Film Festival
Dates: June 11-15
Location: Miami Beach Convention Center, 400 SE 2nd Ave., Miami.

Details: Founded in 1997, this annual festival seeks to empower and showcase Black filmmakers and their considerable talent. Join over 5,000 attendees for a week of films exploring and celebrating the Black experience. Learn more about the festival here.
Cheer on the Marlins

Florida Supercon
Dates: July 18-20
Location: Miami Beach Convention Center, 400 SE 2nd Ave., Miami.

Hit the Beach
Dates: Open year round! Hours vary, but most Florida beaches are open from sunrise to sunset.
Price: Free!
Details: Summer in Miami can get pretty toasty, so head to the beach for a dip! Tourist season in Miami winds down in the summer, so you can head to your favorite spot without having to fight the crowds!
Miami Spice Restaurant Months
Dates: August 1-September 30
Location: Various locations across Miami
Price: Pricing TBA. In 2024, Lunch and Brunch was available for $30 or $35, Dinner was available for $45 or $60.
Details: If you have a hankering to explore new cuisines, then Spice Month is the time to do it! Explore new restaurants or visit old favorites for full three-course meals throughout the month of August and September. You can check here for a full list of participating restaurants and offerings.
