Details: The Presidio Picnic is back! The 2017 season kicks off Sunday, March 19 and runs through October. More than two dozen food and retail vendors from Off the Grid will be serving up delicious eats and treats. Details: The Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates Japanese and Japanese American culture in the heart of San Francisco’s Japantown. The two-weekend celebration has a full line-up with food booths, cultural performances, martial arts, live bands, the annual Queen Program, and more. SF Wine Festival

Details: The annual Uncorked wine festival is a great way to taste and learn about wine from Northern California. But that’s not all. The festival also features several food vendors, entertainment and exhibitors. There is no admission fee to enter the event itself–just if you’d like to participate in the sampling. Details: Since 1912, more than 2 million costumed runners have run Bay to Breakers, a 12K race from San Francisco Bay to the breakers on Ocean Beach. It is one of the oldest continuously run foot races in the world, but most people come for the spectacle of it all!
