Use the SpotHero Filters to Your Advantage
Did you know that you can filter your results in the app and on the website? Not only can you sort your search results by distance or by price in the app, SpotHero has great in-app filters! Check the filters in the results page to see things like covered parking spots, valet parking, or spaces that allow in and out privileges to find the best spot for your needs.
Use the Rebook Tool to Easily Reserve Your Favorite Spots
We feel that finding the perfect parking spot for you is a little bit like magic…or maybe that’s just us. If you share our sentiment, then the rebook tool is for you! You can quickly and easily rebook a spot you have parked at before from the home screen in the app with just a few clicks!
Search for Event Parking with your Event Name
Your favorite band is playing…somewhere! Can’t remember the event’s venue or an address? Then try searching for the event you’re attending in the app instead! You should be able to find event parking in the area, and you won’t be frantically searching.
Check Your Parking Pass
How do you find your spot? What does the entrance look like? What do you do when you get there? All the answers and more are on your parking pass! You can get directions, see photos of your spot entrance, and find your redemption instructions. It’s also a great opportunity to make sure everything on your pass is correct; make sure it’s for the right times, the right location, and your vehicle information is correct so that you don’t have to worry about changing it later!
