Be sure to get your Festival tickets well in advance. In general, ticket prices range from $12 (matinees) to $40 (some Tribeca Talks series), with evening and weekend screenings starting at $23. You can buy tickets here. (General on sale starts March 27th.)

Opening Night

On Wednesday, April 18th, the Tribeca Film Festival opens with the world premiere of LOVE, GILDA. CNN Films presents the feature length documentary which looks into the world of celebrated Emmy® and Grammy® award-winning comedian Gilda Radner who became a cultural icon the moment audiences first laughed with her on Saturday Night Live’s debut episode.

Special Screenings at The Beacon Theatre

The World Premiere Restoration of Scarface, April 19th. Revisit the gangland masterpiece thirty-five years later: Tony Montana slides into the U.S. – Miami in the 80s – with nothing but ambition and a serious violent streak. With Al Pacino, Steven Bauer, Michelle Pfeiffer, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio.

The World Premiere Restoration of Schindler’s List, April 26th. Steven Spielberg’s Oscar-winning account of how one man protected 1,100 Polish Jews from Nazi extermination camps remains among Hollywood’s most enduring portraits of the human toll of the Holocaust.

Unbanned: The Legend of AJ1, April 27th. Through interviews with Michael Jordan, Spike Lee, and more, this vibrant world premiere documentary tells the origin story of the Air Jordan and the impact it had on sports, hip-hop, and the birth of sneaker culture. After the movie: A musical tribute to the film and the Air Jordan from Kid Ink, Gizzle, and more.
